This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice to indicate that the Scottish Ministers intend to extend the current Integrated Roads Information System (IRIS) incorporating Road Condition Surveys Contract by 12 months until November 2021 to ensure continuity of this essential service during and after the current coronavirus, COVID-19, outbreak and to allow for the completion of re-procurement of Road Condition Surveys in accordance with the 2015 Regulations.
