The Integrated Technology Solution (ITS) programme is a critical foundation for the wider modernisation of The Government of Jersey (GoJ). Crucially, it enables cross-department collaboration benefits and efficiencies and acts as a backbone and core enabler for the other elements of government transformation.ITS will deliver modern enabling functions covering: finance, procurement and commercial, asset and inventory management, people services and payroll – to drive ‘whole of government’ transformation using industry best practices.To support the ITS programme, GoJ will be running a procurement exercise in the coming months to engage with a partner(s)/consortia to deliver the following services:1) Programme Management (PM) and Programme Management Office (PMO) Services;2) Business Change Services;3) Systems Integration (SI) Services;4) Technology Solution(s) (licences or cloud subscriptions).
