Kent County Council (KCC) established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in 2012 to commission a range of youth services across the county.Under the DPS, the Council will be running a mini-competition for organisations to compete for the opportunity to deliver youth services in Swale and Dover for 11-25 year olds.To be included for this tendering opportunity, submissions of the DPS questionnaire must be received no later than 23.1.2015.
