We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our office in Birmingham City Centre. This role will primarily focus on managing health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and comfortable office space, checking workstations and meeting rooms, managing couriers, coordinating tea and coffee facilities, and serving as the primary point of contact for facilities management and landlord liaison. The role will also have line management responsibilities for 2 Facilities staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
