Awarded under Ofwat's Conditions of Contract for Temporary Staff (via Intermediary). The Services required are to review how the finance team manage salary accounting, budgeting, forecasting and systems. This involves taking over processes, reviewing and developing them then documenting them so they can be handed over to the business as usual team. The main tasks will include, but not restricted to: Tasks: Prepare and maintain salary budget Reconcile salary budget with HR system Prepare salary monitoring Prepare and update salary forecasts Work with HR on pay remit and calculation of pay award and bonus payments Calculate pay attrition Upload data from HR system into Oracle and improve process Work with HR on data integrity/consistency Process monthly salary journal and improve process Provide Finance Business Partners with payroll data for reporting Work closely with Finance Business Partners and HR The role shall be based working 4-days a week, based on a 7.4hr working day excluding breaks and travelling time.
