The provider will delivery a intermediate care residential beds provision for the winter period 2023/24. A provision of 5 intermediate care residential beds for patients in Calderdale. The purpose of the service is to provide flexible residential beds within a community setting for adults who do not need to be in hospital, but who need a period of assessment and rehabilitation before returning to their usual place of residence.
