Internal Building Cleaning Services for Hayle Community School, to the defined specification, for a period of up to a maximum of 4 years (based on an initial 3 year agreement and an optional extension of a further 12 months duration) commencing from 1.9.2014.Please carefully note that existing staff, providing the current service, are anticipated to be eligible for a TUPE transfer of employment and any incoming service provider will be expected to be able to satisfactorily undertake any such transfers, as necessary, and will also be liable for the provision of future pension obligations so will accordingly be required to be able to offer transferring employees broadly comparable Pension Scheme provisions and benefits.
