Cheshire West and Chester BC are seeking to award a contract to a suppliers to provide an Internet Content Filtering Solution to all of its and Cheshire East Public and Corporate Network Users (including Schools).The reason for not dividing into lots is due to the contract being excessively technically difficult to perform by multiple operators.
