Invest NI Provision of Mobile Apps for Local Councils.

Invest NI wish to appoint a suitably experienced service provider to provide specialist services for the development of up to 22 (maximum) downloadable mobile Applications that can be used by Local Councils to promote their respective Council areas to potential investors. The Service Provider appointed will develop the Council mobile Applications (Apps) using an existing framework developed in a pilot excercise and not the development of a new mobile App. This project is being co -funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
