Invitation for the Panel inclusion for Galway Executive Skillnet 2023-2024

Descriptions

The objective is to form/establish a panel of expert qualified trainers for the delivery of a wide range of training programmes for Galway Executive Skillnet and its member companies. Galway Executive Skillnet (GES) was formed in 2002 as a direct response to the needs of local businesses in Galway city & its environs, to improve the skills of employees within the local business community in order to maintain competitiveness and enhance employability. The main objective of GES is to deliver high quality, cost effective, relevant, flexible and customised training locally in the West of Ireland to our member companies. The panel will be established and remain open until 20th April 2023. Tenderers who score a minimum of 700 points (70%) will be admitted to the panel i.e. the first stage of the process. Once specific training needs arise, at least three service providers admitted to the panel shall be invited to participate in a mini-tender i.e. the second stage of the process. A contract for the delivery of these services will be awarded to the most competitive/highest scoring tender, evaluated using specific awarding criteria which will be made known to those invited to tender.
