Newham CCG is planning an ambitious transformation of its community health services over the next 5 years.As part of our next steps and following on from your feedback, a 2nd provider engagement workshop will be held on 9.6.2016 to share with you the work which the CCG has done so far on:— The design of the Future Care Model;— Innovative Contracting Models for Community Health Services;— Setting practical and realistic outcomes.The purpose of these workshops is to truly engage at a very early stage with providers to get their perspectives and also embed lessons learnt from the different procurements happening across the NHS.Details of our 1st provider event can be found on our website at: http://www.newhamccg.nhs.uk/GetInvolved/provider-engagement.htm
