Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Orthotic Products - Paediatric Wrist Braces

Descriptions

Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust ("the Trust") is issuing this invitation to quote ("ITQ") for the provision of Paediatric wrist braces. The aim of this competition will be to standardise Orthotic devices across the Trust and ensuring best value for money. Suppliers must express an interest via the e-tendering portal (ProContract) as well as completing a short questionnaire which will provide the Trust with key company and product information. Suppliers who express an interest must submit a sample product for evaluation. The Trust will then evaluate your sample product and confirm shortly afterwards whether your product has met the minimum quality criteria Suppliers will then be asked to submit their maximum starting bid for the e-Auction. This must fall in line with the maximum price that will be set by the Trust If there are two or more interested and compliant suppliers following the stages above, the Trust will proceed with the e-Auction. Further information can be found within the ITQ Document, which can be found on the ProContract e-tendering portal.
