Invitation to Quote to create an outdoor public event in Great Yarmouth for the EXPERIENCE Project

Descriptions

The Great Yarmouth event will support the objectives of the Interreg France (Channel) England EXPERIENCE project, which aims to attract visitors during the off-season by developing a unique, innovative, inclusive and sustainable tourism offer based on regional natural and cultural assets (www.tourismexperience.org). This supports ambitions of generating innovative growth, building regional pride and enhancing a strong sense of place where people want to live, work and visit. We are looking for an organisation to deliver an outdoor event which meets the following criteria: • Reflects the character of the town of Great Yarmouth, it's history, culture, and future. • Considers accessibility and inclusivity • Can be delivered in the 2022/23 off season between October 2022 and January 2023 • Considers sustainability and the environment • Can be either a new outdoor event for Great Yarmouth or an existing/planned outdoor event (providing there is a clear outline/strategy for how the event will take steps to incorporate the specifications of this brief).
