An invitation to tender for the work of undertaking evaluation of the Stronger Communities: Better Services portfolio of projects, which is part of BIG Lottery’s Community Voice programme This will entail the production of 2 staged reports: the first will be a mid-term evaluation overview of the portfolio; the second report will be a final evaluation report of the projects which we anticipate would take place when they come to an end in 2018.
