Descriptions

The Contracting Authority has appointed a single firm to act as its insurance broker, with effect from April 2015, to provide the following services: (I) protect the Port's reputation, finances and operations and satisfy compliance requirements; (ii) support and advise on best practice in insurance risk management; (iii) ensure value for money is achieved in negotiating the Port's insurances; and (iv) source and/or service the insurances required by the Port. The coverage and levels of insurance required are subject to change based on the Port's requirements and advice of the appointed broker.
