Knowes Housing Association is seeking a core Housing Management System capable of delivering the following functionality:— Integrated working between all modules— Efficient and accurate rent accounting, cash receipting & arrears management— Void management— Efficient management of waiting lists— Factoring and recharges management— Efficient management of reactive repairs— Gas servicing (Desirable, not essential)— Customer Relationship Management (CRM) including:— Tenant profiling— Complaints handling (Optional)— Tenant satisfaction surveys— Contact management (tenants and owners)— Management reporting with predefined operational reports combined with a flexible reporting tool for other reports using core system data such as:— Performance Management reporting— Committee reporting— Maintenance planning and forecasting (optional)linking to asset management software— Financial systems — purchase and nominal ledgers, cash book, budgeting and reporting (Optional)— Payroll (Optional).
