1.1.We are pleased to invite you to submit a fixed price lump sum tender, in limited completion, for carrying out the following at South Staffordshire Council Offices: •Point cloud survey and creating a corresponding Revit model of part of the existing building. •Topographical survey of part of the site. •Underground services survey of part of the site. This ITT must be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and documents attached and listed in Section 2.1 of the ITT.
