Ultrasound scanners. CT scanners. Management-related services. Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment. Installation services of imaging equipment. Angioplasty supplies. The Trust is seeking expressions of interest from Potential Bidders to provide a fully managed radiology healthcare facility. The healthcare facility services shall include the provision of:-Transfer of ownership to the Contractor of all current radiology equipment for inclusion as part of the on-going service provision; — Management and/or novation of any existing third party contracts and/or leases (as applicable); — Provision of new and replacement equipment in accordance with an agreed replacement plan in line with agreed replacement criteria;-Maintenance and support of all radiology equipment to agreed uptime and performance standards; — Provision and management of consumable items for radiology as part of the operation of the facility to include all equipment consumables and for Lot 1 only clinical consumables utilised in the clinical operation of the facility. — For Lot 1 only management of the consumable stock including the IT stock system and personnel for managing this facility. — Management of the healthcare facility including pro-active support in the operation and efficient management of the facility and support in operating the provision of turnkey and/or enabling works related to equipment installation and/or removal and disposal to ensure services are interfaced with the Trust's estate requirements. There are 2 Lots to this procurement with Lot 2 excluding the clinical consumables services.
