The purpose of the dissemination site is to provide institutions and students" unions with access to the National Student Survey results via a dedicated portal. The results required by these audiences are detailed and varied.The key elements of the dissemination site include:Provision of guidance and support to users in a timely manner.Data management, processing and analysis.Site design, development, hosting, infrastructure and testing including timely use load testing.Consultation and development.Promotion and communications.Project management.The contractor would be required to obtain extensive knowledge of the project and excellent understanding of all the issues relating to all aspects of the project from stakeholder consultation, data delivery, communication and promoting usage of the results amongst the target audience.The procurement is being advertised on the Councils e-procurement portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hefce/aspx/Home).
