Descriptions
We require an ion milling system capable of milling transition metals (e.g. Fe, Co, Al, Pt, Ta, Ru), semiconductor substrates (e.g. Si and GaAs) and insulators (e.g. MgO, SiO2, PMN-PT and PZT). The system should also incorporate at least 2 deposition sources for the deposition of metals and insulators onto the same substrate as used for milling.
