Descriptions
The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust are looking to identify a preferred partner to provide Renal Dialysis Services. The scope of the Services includes In-Centre Haemodialysis taking place in main or satellite dialysis units(ICHD), Peritoneal dialysis (PD), Home Haemodialysis (HHD) and Intermittent Haemodialysis to treat acute kidney injury. The Trust are looking to establish a contract for a period of 5 years and a potential single extension of 3 years. The Trust aims to use an Open type procedure to identify and define a solution which best addresses the requirements, as described in the Invitation to Tender. The estimated value of the entire project is between £2.6 million and £3.2 million per annum across 8 years (5 years plus 3 years extension); which translates to an estimation of between £20.8 million and £25.6 million across 8 years.
