IT Development of SOAR.

Descriptions

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) requires a further development of the SOAR application, which is an online management tool used to support Medical Appraisal for all doctors (in both Primary and Secondary Care, as well as doctors in Training) across Scotland. NES has identified a number of improvements to SOAR. We have divided up the items into three phases Funding for the first phase of work has been secured. NES reserve the right to award Phases B and C to the winning tenderer upon successful delivery of Phase A and mutual agreement, if funding is secured.
