Descriptions
The Force have an on-going requirement for IT Hardware, Software and Associated Consumables and have a current Framework Agreement is place which is due to expire on 31 January 2026. The Force therefore wish to renew the Framework Agreement and establish a partnership with a supplier in order to meet the Force’s requirements. The Framework Agreement will be available for access by Derbyshire Constabulary and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and will commence on 1 February 2026. A Pre-Liminary Market Engagement Supplier Meeting has been arranged for 11:30am on Thursday 17 July 2025. The intention of the meeting is to provide a formal briefing to the market on the requirements for the Framework Agreement and the upcoming tender process. Suppliers will also have the opportunity to raise any clarification questions.
