This project will provide both the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust organisations with a single contact point for all staff from both sites providing access to all aspects of the Informatics department. This will ensure correct workflows such that all calls taken by the service desk are allocated efficiently to the right support teams with escalations/alerts to line management when incidents fall outside of their agreed response times.The system will also provide both Trusts staff with easy to follow self diagnostic triage processes plus a web portal for staff to log incidents and/or ask questions and raise requests for standard offering from the ICT service catalogue.
