Newport City Council is aiming to procure IT/MIS solutions that will enable the electronic management of all bookable space, appointments and facilities that are owned and operated by the council, across the city. These will include leisure facilities, registrars services, bookable corporate space and the scheduling of queing and appointments at the proposed new Face to Face contact centre located in the centre of the city. The solutions will enable the council to offer an online, central web booking portal, both internally to staff and externally to the public.Bidders with solutions that can be utilised for more than one of the proposed lots, should provide a seperate response for each lot that they wish to bid for. In doing so, bidders should make clear which combination of lots their solutions will deliver and how their solution meets the need.
