We are a registered charity which has projects spread over 6 sites (5 in Swansea and 1 in Brecon). We require the services of an IT consultant to provide fast expert support with IT issues via email/telephone or remotely to ensure that IT systems are running smoothly. Where issues cannot be resolved we would require quick and efficient on-site visits as appropriate.We have a mixture of PCs, laptops, Network devices (including NAS boxes) and iPads and attached peripherals, which all link to a central server.In addition to IT support, we are looking to develop more robust and up to date back-up solutions and would like to explore this in more detail at the start of the contract, taking into account that as a charitable organisation supporting children and families in disadvantaged areas - our IT solutions must be well thought out and demonstrate an effective and efficient use of limited funds.Also required:-IT audits and reports to ensure that all systems are secure, backed-up, licenced, configured and operating within industry best practice guidelines.-System maintenance/changes, support, upgrades, installations and migrations where applicable.-Where necessary liaise on our behalf with third party suppliers in regards to products and services and to advise and assist us in the procurement and implementation of such products and services.
