EMSCU is acting on behalf of the contracting authority to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise using the light touch regime under Schedule 3 (open procedure) of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national framework agreement for IT Training Programme. The framework consists of 3 lots:Lot 1: Technical Courses;Lot 2: Non-Technical Courses;Lot 3: Bespoke/Custom Courses. Bidders that have been awarded either Lots 1 or 2 will also be awarded Lot 3 if they have the ability to provide (Not Scored).‘Documents for this procurement will be made available from 12.4.2019’
