PROCUREMENT CONCLUDED WITH NO AWARD OF CONTRACT The university seeks to appoint a contractor who shall provide Project Management services in respect of IT and Audio Visual installations to support of the development of a new Leeds Trinity University City Centre Campus and the redevelopment of its existing Horsforth campus. It is envisaged that the contractor will be required to provide the equivalent of 2.5 days per week support, with at least 1 day per week on-site in either Horsforth or Leeds City Centre. For the avoidance of doubt, this is not a recruitment of temporary staff. Main requirements include: 1.To prepare a project plan for all of the IT and Audio Visual installations and activities required in support of the development of a new Leeds Trinity University City Centre campus. 2.To prepare a project plan for all of the IT and Audio Visual installations and activities required in support of the development of campus developments in at the Leeds Trinity University Horsforth Campus. 3.To monitor and coordinate the work of in-house staff and external contractors to ensure timely delivery of all of the Digital and Information Services activities required for the campus developments in the City Centre and in Horsforth. 4.To monitor on site the progress of the work of external contractors involved in the delivery of these projects and report it. 5.To act as the contact point for the Digital and Information Services teams with other teams involved in the projects and, in particular, the Estates and Facilities department. 6.To prepare Project highlight reports for the Digital and Information Services deliverables in the projects and submit these to the Programme Boards. 7.To assist with the preparation of and reporting on the project budget. 8.To prepare information that allows senior managers to manage issues that arise with resourcing and priority conflicts 9.To manage the risks and contingency plans associated with the projects. 10.To prepare plans for transitioning the installed facilities into Business As Usual support. 11.To attend project meetings and report back to Digital and Information Services colleagues on matters that affect their work.
