Descriptions
The Council requires the provision of Services relating to delivery of Carers Hub provision in Westminster City Council and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. These Services will enable the Council to provide assessments, advice, activities and support for unpaid carers supporting residents in both boroughs, meeting the Councils’ obligations, under the Care Act 2014 and Children and Families Act 2014, to support and assess carers, ensuring that statutory objectives are met.
