UCL is highly space constrained both in teaching space and learning spaces. It is not possible to easily increase the number and size of teaching spaces or learning spaces. This means UCL needs to ensure high utilisation of these assets and ensure students can find out where any free learning spaces are located.UCL require a solution to detect and report human occupancy in teaching, learning and staff spaces within its Estate along with the capability to store information to UCL's data warehouse.UCL is issuing this tender to select a supplier to provide Occupancy Sensing equipment and related software that provides information to UCL staff and students for occupancy of learning and teaching spaces to increase safe efficiency.
