Companies House has recently commissioned an in depth survey of its passive fire protection systems, the survey high lighted a program of remedial works and additional installations were necessary.The requirement is to ensure the correct passive fire protection systems are in place, fully compliant with fire safety regulations and provide supplementary collateral protection against fire damage to the businessWork is expect to take up to 12months as a majority the work is to be carried out evening and weekend.PLEASE NOT: All work within this project must be FIRAS certified and fully meet BS 9999: 2008 - Code of Practice for Fire Safety in the design management and use of buildings and Approved Document B 2006 (AD-B)Companies House strongly recommends a site survey is carried out by the contractor before a tender/bid is submitted. During the survey the contractor will be provided with a more detailed breakdown or our requirement as to location of the remedial work.
