We are seeking to issue a Contract for Pest Control and Prevention Services to support Tai Tarian in the delivery of its property maintenance programmes.We are seeking to engage with an experienced, suitably qualified and professional Supplier that can provide (but not limited to) the following services:-Provide safe, effective pest control and prevention services to deal with problems caused by (but not limited to): rats, mice, moles, wasps, bees, fleas and squirrels.-Attend an initial visit on the first report that there are pests present in the property on instruction from Tai Tarian’s contact centre.-Undertake an initial assessment and provide an electronic report based upon findings.-Provide flea treatment services for empty vacant properties owned by Tai Tarian.-Removal and disposal of contaminated loft insulation and sterilisation of area.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=95027.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
