ITT217 Waterside Development Infrastructure Works.

Descriptions

The works encompass the design and construction of the following: 1) widening of the Bedford Road including re-modelling of the adjacent grade level car park, landscaping works to the junction of Beckets park and existing Nunn Mills Road bridge, new junctions, signalling and infrastructure; 2) construction of a new Road Bridge and Foot Bridge across the River Nene; 3) construction of internal site roads and footpaths excluding final surface finishes; 4) below ground utilities infrastructure; 5) demolition of the existing power station facade; 6) remediation of North East area of the site (Note, the remediation works included within this contract are a continuation of remediation works already carried out on site in recent months).
