The University of Lincoln seeks to obtain the services of an organisation to design and supply laboratory furniture to Joseph Banks Laboratory and Minster House. JBL and Minster House are new buildings that the University of Lincoln have acquired and will be fitting out between November 2013 and June 2014 in order that the building will be operational by the start of the 2014/2015 academic year.The appointed supplier will work with the design team to help co-ordinate the information the main contractor will require for the fit out works. Although you will be directly appointed by the University all allowances for interaction and engagement with the appointed main contractor should be allowed for in this tender return.
