Jersey Airport, Departure Lounge Customer Experience Consultant

For the Consultant to provide full services as detailed within the CX Consultant role for the delivery of the Jersey Airport departure lounge redevelopment project. These services will be provided in relation to an operational airport, which will remain so throughout the works. Detailed consideration therefore needs to be given during the delivery stages to limit, as much as possible, any impact on airport operations, and all its users, beyond just the sequential closure of the phased area of construction. The appointed CX Consultant will be expected to proactively participate in ongoing design meetings, project meetings, and risk workshops throughout the delivery stages to assist with mitigating / minimising operational disruption and maximising the customer experience.
