Shropshire Council identified the need for professional services to support the delivery of highway and transport services. The scope of work includes (but not limited to) municipal, highways and transportation engineering, contract and commercial management, asset management, ICT services, fleet management, flood risk management and public realm maintenance management and inspections but does not include any physical works. The contract required the supplier to provide a range of service delivery models including co-location of staff with the Authority's Services teams.
