The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Psychology for a Multi-Photon Microscope.We require an adaptable, modular microscope system for multi-photon imaging of neuronal and glial cell activityin vivo and in vitro. Experiments involving photo-activation of light sensitive channels will be performed inaddition to imaging of fluorescent proteins and indicator dyes, and flash photolysis of caged compounds.The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once youhave expressed your interest.This is an E.U. open exercise.
