Job EvaluationSaundersfoot Community Council employ two members of staff. The two roles of Clerk and Handy Person have not been formally evaluated and it is necessary in order to reflect current work undertaken and ensure a transparent and fair process has been applied. It is anticipated that this will ensure the relative worth of each of the roles is determined in order to serve as a basis for developing an equitable salary structure.
