Seeking to procure a repairs and maintenance management solution to be used by an in-house contractor. The system must support both office and field based staff to manage all aspects of maintenance including responsive repairs, inspections, gas, void, planned components and compliance repairs and replacements. Field based staff will be supported with mobile solutions to receive work and manage through to completion whilst on site. The system should provide the capability to enable management of subcontractors, stock and be used for (QSHE) management. It needs to be able to capture cost related activity (in house labour, subcontractor and material expenditure), provide financial assurance and be able to support varying pricing structures. The system should have the capability to interface with multiple clients and customers solutions to enable an ?all in one? view for system users and provide an extensive reporting capability to support all levels of the business.
