Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Electrical Contractors who wish to be considered for the construction of Phase 2 of the Johnstown Education Campus in Johnstown, Navan, Co. Meath, within the curtilage of Sion House, which is a protected structure. The development will consist of part 3 storey, part 2 storey extensions to Colaiste na Mi (floor area of 5,385m2) linking the existing school building to Sion House & St Martha's college; alterations and refurbishment of Sion House & St Martha's College to accommodate Colaiste na Mi (Floor Area 2237m2) ; the construction of a split level part single storey, part 2 storey new school building for St. Mary’s Special Needs School (Floor Area 3,772m2) and all associated site works, including revised internal campus road layout, additional car parking; ballcourts; playing field; drop off areas and decanting of existing. This project is located on a live school campus which includes Phase 1 of Colaiste na Mi (including extensive temporary accommodation) and St Stephen's National School. The project will be completed and handed over on a phased basis. The following specialist works will be undertaken on site by reserved specialists that are to be appointed by the Main Contractor:- Mechanical Building Services- Electrical Building Services
