The Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, wishes to commission a study to examine the usefulness of Joint Housing Land Availability Studies and the process of preparing them, with the aim of improving their timeliness, the usefulness of their outputs and data handling.It is anticipated that the Study will take place over the period December 2010 to April 2011.The awarding Authority reserves the right to request parent company and/or other guarantees of performance and financial liability.Payment terms will be indicated in the contract documents. Tenders to be priced in Sterling.
