Joseph Chamberlain 6 The College also encompasses provision for adult learners in its annexe opposite the main building. The main building was a new build approximately 11 years ago. The College has recently been made aware of its successful Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) application. The application was made for a new teaching block due to ‘Over-crowding’. College now wishes to procure a partner company to manage the end to end project, including stage one of a two stage D&B process. The new accommodation is required to be handed over in June 2022.
