The Munster Technological University invites tenders for the provision of Conferring Gown Services for the University’s Conferring Ceremonies. The service will include the Hire of Gowns, Hoods, Mortarboards and the provision of Fitting Services. It is intended that the successful tenderer will pay a Fixed or Guaranteed Fee for the Licence and the amount of that fee will form part of the criteria for the award of the contract. The University reserves the right not to accept the highest or any tender. This Invitation to Tender document is for the provision of Conferring Gown Services to the Munster Technological University and covers ALL University Conferring Ceremonies.
