JV North Limited is a registered limited company currently comprising nine housing associations. It should be noted that for the extent of this framework arrangement exercise JV North Limited will not be the party entering into the contracts, but it will be the individual members of JV North Limited. The current members of JV North are:- AKSA Housing Association- Eastland Homes Partnership Ltd- Helena Partnerships- Liverpool Mutual Homes- New Charter Housing Trust Group- Parkway Green Housing Trust Ltd- Trafford Housing Trust Ltd- Weaver Vale Housing Trust Ltd- Willow Park Housing TrustA list of current members of JV North is also available at www.jvnorth.co.uk. The Contractor Framework being procured through this OJEU process will be used by the members of JV North and/or any of the subsidiaries and/or group companies and / or joint ventures or organisations in which members have an equity stake . Other Registered Providers (as registered with and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency or any other successor body that takes on these regulatory functions) based in The North West and West Midlands may join JV North in the future and therefore use this Framework Agreement.The Contracting Authority is looking for suitably experienced and qualified contractors to be considered for its framework arrangement. The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish four multiple supplier framework agreements to deliver a number of types of building contracts. The four Contractor Frameworks will be as follows:Lot 1 - Construction Works East Small: GBP 200K to GBP 1MLot 2 - Construction Works West Small: GBP 200K to GBP 1MLot 3 - Construction Works Medium: GBP 1M to GBP 3MLot 4 - Construction Works Large: GBP 3M and aboveContractors are able to apply for up to 2 Lots only. When responding to this notice contractors must specify which Lot or Lots they are interested in.
