The provision of works for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects for public sector organisations in 2 regional Lots throughout Scotland.The arrangement will be awarded under 2 work streams (WS1 or WS2). Micro/SME's will be encouraged to tender for the lower value banded work stream 1 (Project value: 3 000 GBP-250 000 GBP), in 1 or 2 adjoining geographic area Lots. Larger organisations will be encouraged to tender for the higher value banded work stream 2 (Project values: Tier 1 250 001 GBP-750 000 GBP, Tier 2 — 500 000 GBP +) in 1 or 2 geographic area Lots in Scotland. It is envisaged that 11 companies will be appointed to each geographic area Lot.
