Descriptions
Carry out full renovation works to existing stone outbuildings, yards, sewerage, surface water etc...to include a stripping and re-slating of existing pitched roofs and carry out works to the front of the main building adjacent to the public road to include the removal of existing ramps, walls etc and installation of a new platform lift. A new gas boiler has been installed to serve the existing recently renovated main building and the proposed works.No works are required to the main two and half storey existing building. Please note grant funding for this project requires that the works are fully complete before 30th March 2020
