The appointment of a Contractor, under a Design and Build form of contract, to carry out and complete the design and construction of a 99-bed hotel and mixed use project at nos. 127-143 Borough High Street, London SE1. In addition to the primary hotel function a range of retail units is proposed, together with a King"s College London (KCL) gym and an upgraded public realm. The project also includes the refurbishment of No 127 Borough High Street; a Grade II listed building, with a small retail unit on the ground floor and rented residential above for use by King's College London.
