Expressions of interest are soughtfror the provision of kenneling for stray dogs for Wrexham County Borough Council.The Contractor will be responsible for:Kennelling of Stray DogsEnsuring dogs receive any necessary veterinary careCollect appropriate charges (fines), fees and complete release formsKeep a register of dogs kennelled at the premisesRe-homing unclaimed dogsKennels must be licensed, a proven track record of animal welfare knowledge and dog handling would be expected.The contract is expected to run from April 2011 and will be for a period of three yearsIn th first instance to express interest in this opportunity please contact Wrexham County Borough Council, Public Protection Service, High Street, Ruabon, Wrexham LL14 6NH no later than 11 February 2011
