This application related to:-A) Convert the heating centre to a dual heating system with air to water heat pump system operating as the primary heat source backed up by high efficiency, wall hung, condensing LPG gas fired boilers and associated electrical building servicesB) Infill to basement completely and to construct a new concrete floor at ground floor level to house the new heating centre plant equipment.
