On behalf of Kerry Education and Training Board (Kerry ETB) (the Contracting Authority for this project)you are hereby invited to tender for Architectural consultancy services (including buying in ofadditional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project.The project consists of the upgrade and refurbishment of O Connell Adult Education CentreCaherciveen. Kerry Education and Training Board have been awarded funding in the region of€650,000 to address the needs of the centre.SOLAS have approved to proceed through Decision Gate 1, i.e., approval to proceed to design andplanning. Approval in principle is provided for the proposed project on the basis of a preliminary costestimate of €650,000 (including VAT and fees)
